Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch orders from the UK and offer standard tracked delivery. Delivery times depend on the destination, order processing, working days and the carrier. Any stated dispatch cut-off or delivery estimate is subject to product availability and carrier service conditions; delivery is not guaranteed on a particular date unless expressly agreed.
International shipping
Available international destinations and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. International customers may have to pay local import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees that are not included in the UK item price or shipping charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Please review local import requirements before ordering.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us through our Contact Us page with the order number and tracking information. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier where appropriate.
Returns
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for cancellation, faulty goods and return-postage information. We aim to show delivery information clearly before you complete checkout.
